The 34-year-old mother of three went to social media on Monday and shared that she had 365 days of alcohol-free.
She wrote in her Instagram story: “No alcohol for 365 days. Daily Mail.

“But having a completely sober mind this year has allowed me to reevaluate a lot. I don’t want to change my mind and don’t want to ‘stand out’ anything. 10/10 would recommend.”
Palin’s representative did not respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.
The milestone celebration comes a month after Palin provided her followers with the latest news about the battle for facial paralysis, she revealed earlier this year.
“If I just shut my mouth, it’s not that compelling,” she told her Instagram followers in February. “We’re on Day 35, officially five weeks since the left side of my face was paralyzed. I don’t have muscle movement on my left side. I don’t feel much.”

“I’ve done everything imaginable to solve this problem. I’m not sure what else I should do. But I’ve been doing something every day for the last 35 days to try to solve this problem and so far nothing has helped. So I’m not sure what the future is, but this is the update for day 35. Still no muscle movement.”
On January 29, Palin said she woke up when she woke up on her face.
She told her Instagram followers at the time: “I felt a little bad when I pulled my mouth like this.

Palin went to see a doctor, and he “took the test” and took a scan, but “no results came back.” At that time, she was prescribed “steroids” and “other drugs.”
The doctor pointed out that facial paralysis may be caused by the “Bell’s paralysis case”, which may be caused by stress or lack of sleep.
Bell’s paralysis According to Mayo Clinic, it is a disease that causes “sudden weakness of muscles on one side of the face.” Weaknesses are usually short-term, and the exact reason is not yet clear.
