Supreme Court Justice Kavanaugh says no one person should have too much power

Supreme Court Justice Brett M.

Judge Kavanaugh, who was appointed to court by President Trump in 2018, defended the way the founders designed the federal government system, and no one or group had been under control in the United States.

Critics say the conservative majority on the bench has been supported by Mr. Trump’s administration in recent months.

Kavanaugh said Thursday at an event commemorating the late Kenneth Starr: “The framework recognizes in a way I think it is a great way. Saving freedom requires separation of power.

Justice Kavanaugh appeared at a Texas community college in Waco outside Dallas, the Associated Press reported. He worked under Starr when he served as a special attorney for then-President Bill Clinton.

Starr’s widow Alice told the crowd at McLennan Community College that she was upset when Justice Kavanaugh was accused of sexual misconduct at the confirmation hearing.

Christine Blasey Ford accuses her of justice in high school. He strongly denied any misconduct.

Ms Starr said: “No little negative news is true.”
