The FBI said Wednesday that bodies found in last week’s grid search Travis Decker, the suspicious killer father Being censored and found not to be human.
Officials conducted a two-day search of the Washington campsite from Aug. 25 to 26 as part of Chase For Decker, the man was charged with murdering his three young daughters. “During the search process, the personnel recovered multiple bones, including the need for additional examinations to determine whether they were animals or human bones,” Herrington said in a statement. “The University of Washington has reviewed the bones and evaluated that they are not humans.”

“Although we expect further updates related to this particular search, the investigation continues,” Herrington said. “This extensive search is just a variety of agencies finding Travis Decker over the course of three months, finding signs of his whereabouts or finding any other evidence of his three daughters.”

A spokesman for the FBI’s Seattle Field Office told Fox News in an email that as of Thursday, the agency “had no evidence that Travis Decker was still alive or dead.”
Decker, an army veteran with survival expertise, evaded capture for more than three months.

Authorities began searching for him on June 2, when he failed to return his daughters (9-year-old Evelyn), 8-year-old Evelyn and 5-year-old Olivia. The bodies of the children were found near the campground along Rock Creek along Rock Island with bags on their heads. The autopsy confirmed they died of suffocation and their death was ruled as homicide.

The Chelan County Sheriff’s Office and Wenatchee Police Department did not immediately respond to Fox News numbers’ requests for comment.
