Bondy wrote a post on X about how hate speech turns into a threat First Amendment Freedom of speech protection.
“Hate speech involving the threat of violence is not protected by the First Amendment,” Bondy wrote. “It’s a crime. For too long, we’ve seen normal threats from radical left, calling for assassination and cheering for political violence. That era is over.”
Bondi lists other acts she calls that are not protected by the First Amendment.
“You can’t call on someone’s murder.” She wrote. “You can’t impress MPs. You can’t conservative family and think it will be eliminated as ‘free speech.'”
The Attorney General said these actions are “punishable crime,“And these threats will be in line with the “full power of the law.”

“Free speech protects thought, debate, and even dissent, but it cannot and does not protect violence,” Bondy wrote. “It is obvious that such violent speech is intended to silence others to express conservative ideals.”
Bondi’s position was a few days after Kirk was shot dead on the Utah Valley University campus while he was debating at a U.S. turning point event. Authorities say the 22-year-old suspected assassin Have a “leftist ideology”.

“We will never be silent,” Bondy wrote. “Not for our family, not for our freedom, nor for Charlie. His legacy will not be erased by fear or intimidation.”
