More details about the tragic death of 20-year-old bodybuilder Jodi Vance have been revealed.
During Arnold Sports Festival, TMZ Sports received 911 audio from Vance’s wife in her hotel room in Columbus, Ohio.
During the phone call, the woman told Columbus police Vance “lives in bed” and added that she kept throwing “the whole morning” before she was unconscious.
“She won’t wake up, she won’t respond to us,” the woman told the 911 operator.
Her family announced that the woman was told the rescue was on the way, but Vance died of a heart attack due to severe dehydration.

“Her heart stopped due to complications of severe dehydration,” Vance’s post Instagram page explain. “Despite all the efforts the hospital has made, they still can’t bring her back.
“She is a beautiful person inside and out and misses her every day. It’s suddenly and unexpected. Give your family time to deal with the loss of peace. If anyone endures anything from it, put your health first.”
Vance coach Justin Mihaly claimed in an Instagram video that he knew the cause of severe dehydration, which led to a fatal heart attack, “an extremely dangerous substance.”

“Jody made a serious mistake,” Mihali says in the video. “Jody uses two extremely dangerous substances to improve her physique – I just for the Arnold Expo – in the case of my knowledge, my recognition, no family knowledge and recognition. … There is no reason she should be dehydrated.”
Mihari said he had agreed to Vance’s mother, Jenny, posted an Instagram video explaining what he believed was causing severe dehydration.
Mihaly continued in the video: “If you believe we can best respect Jodi, you are welcome to blame me for the blame.”
