He is Texas Rangers Last season, but the year he recovered from post-operative surgery began the injury list. His 2024 debut was further delayed by neurological problems. Scherzer scored nine starts last season.

Before leaving Saturday’s game, Scherzer gave up on the runs won by three hits and a pair. The Blue Jays lost 9-5. The final game of the four-game series is scheduled to be held Sunday afternoon at Rogers Center.
