Apple’s M4 comes with 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Air Still the best super stuff you can buy today, and now they cost $999 and $1,199, respectively. That’s $100 for the previous generation, but that’s not the quality of these laptops.
Both MacBook Air models maintain very fast, thin and light speeds and provide good battery life. They are basically everything you want in an advanced productivity notebook. Of course, it’s nice to see more than two USB-C ports and a screen that’s faster than 60Hz, but most buyers may not notice these drawbacks. (If they really bother you, you can always consider the 14-inch MacBook Pro.)
Although the design of the MacBook Air has not changed from the 2022 M2 model, it is still attractive today and also works well against Windows Ultrodables. Air isn’t Apple’s fastest computer, but it’s one of the company’s most iconic machines, and it’s crafted in a way that PC manufacturers rarely do. Its smooth metal case still feels great, and its thin and light design makes it easy to travel. The 2.7-pound 13-inch air is still impressive, while the 3.2-pound 15-inch model isn’t that heavy. (And for many, larger screens deserve portability sacrifice.)
Both MacBook Air models lasted over 18 hours in our tests, so they could last for two working days without juicing. Although they are far from gaming PCs, we are still impressed to see them running graphics-intensive games p 60fps of 1080p. – Senior Reporter Devindra Hardawar
