Colorado State Assemblyman Friday afternoon spent hours considering a Democratic-led resolution to condemn President Donald Trump’s January 6 prisoner pardon, while the state competes for an estimated budget for fiscal year 2025-26 Shortage of budgets.

Rep. Lauren Boebert, a Republican who represents Colorado in the fourth congressional district of the U.S. House, tweeted: “Colosadians playing partisan politics will reduce the cost of eggs. Is it?”

Democratic representatives Sean Camacho and Michael Carter are sponsors of the state legislative edition.

All defendants (more than 1,500) were pardoned by Trump on January 6, one of his first executive actions in January.
