There is a buzzing sound around Los Angeles Angels Clubhouse, but this is certainly not from any player’s phone.

“The rules have now been extended to the outside of the club,” Washington said. By movement. “Now, they’re here in the corridor (outside the team’s clubhouse). Now, it’s going to completely leave the damn clubhouse (building).”
According to the report, the Rangers in Washington implemented the rules from 2007 to 2014 and put the team in charge of leaders who enforce the rules, which imposed a $500 fine.

Washington said he has no exemptions and sees it as a way to keep the team focused.
