‘American Pickers’ star Mike Wolfe remembers late Frank Fritz as show plans first hiatus in 15 years

Mike Wolfe retains memories of his late co-star and dear friend Frank Fritz is still alive.

The vibrant duo of “American Pickers” has a special friendship and has appeared on hit shows for more than a decade.

Wolfe has been performing for many years and has been working on a man who is not just a colleague but a lifelong friend.

“It’s hard to talk about because it’s so fresh, but he’s spiritually with us every day,” Wolf said.

In September 2024, Fritz died of stroke complications during hospice care.

Fritz, 60, also suffers from Crohn’s disease, according to his long-time manager Bill Stankey.

Wolfe’s comment comes after “American Pickers” announced that the show would cause its first interruption in more than a decade.

“We haven’t done it in 15 years, so it’s going to feel good. For 15 years, we’ve been moving forward and then going.” Wolf Tell people.

The filming of the show will be packaged sometime in June this year.

“I think we’re going to have at least four to five months off, so that’s going to be good,” Wolf said.

Wolfe recently made her debut on the West’s Day of Reckoning.

He told people that when he first played the role, he was hesitant and thought “staying in my lane” might be the best. Wolfe discovers what job requires.

“I was like, ‘Well, maybe I can.’ I don’t know if I’m fighting here, but it’s not like I have a lot of lines,” he told the media. “I think the best experience, or the most surreal experience for me, is meeting a lot of actors.”

Wolfe and Fritz starred together as American Pickers for 10 years and have known each other for more than 40 years.

Wolfe shared a tribute to his dear friends when Fritz died.
