Country Star Scotty McCreery strides forward after slumped on stage at a recent concert.
On Wednesday, the 31-year-old won “American Idol” in his 10th season of the 2011 show, sharing a video of him stumbled on Kane Brown’s “The High Road Tour.”
“Who put that there?” The “Damn Strait” singer joked in his title Instagram posts.

In the clip, McCreary took a few steps backward at the end of the song, then tripped over a speaker and landed on his back.

As the audience gasped, he quickly turned over and raised his head, then threw his fist into the air.
“Stage: 1 me: 0,” McCreary wrote in the video, adding a laughing emoji.

Then, when McCreery walked past the stage and asked the crowd, “Who put that there?”
As the editing continues, North Carolina native Walk up the stairs in the backstage, then two of his band members.
“Stage: 1 me: 0.”
McCreary smiled and said, “I didn’t do it for a minute.” “It’s on my wrist, like…”
One of his band members said, “Well, if you weren’t hurt before, then you are now.”

The video cuts out the reactions of McCreary and crew, as a man asked them “the highlights of tonight” outside the camera.
“Scotty fell,” one person said.

“Maybe he fell,” another said with a smile. “Yes of course.”

“I was the last person to have to fall to the hospital, so when I saw Scotty do it, I was a little worried,” one said while using equipment classification.
When the video ended, he admitted: “I’m glad he didn’t hurt himself.

In 2011, McCreery won a new Artist Award at the National Awards and the Country School of Music Awards.
The singer followed “Clarity” after Christmas with Scotty McCreery in 2012, “See you tonight” in 2013, “Seasonal Change” in 2018, and “Same Truck” in 2021.
