A defendant MS-13 leader will remain in federal custody after a judge finds possible reasons that may support the government’s case against him.

U.S. District Judge William Porter for Eastern Virginia ruling Tuesday at a detention hearing in Henrry Josue Villatoro Santos, 24, who was arrested last week in a suburb of Virginia.
