She added: “Let me be clear: my office will defend the rights of those who mourn or protest peacefully. Anyone who chooses to violate the law – through violence, destroy property or obstruction will be held accountable.”
She further said: “Let us respect Charlie Kirk’s memory and blessings of freedom, not division or destruction, but in peace and respect for others.”

“The person was contacted by the Secret Service and said during the encounter that he was a member of law enforcement officers and that he was armed,” Fox News reported on Saturday morning. “The individual is not a member of authorized law enforcement and is currently in detention. The U.S. Secret Service and local law enforcement are investigating why he is at the site.”

“Plan the parking ahead and allow extra time to arrive [State Farm Stadium]. Let’s respect each other, be patient and create a safe atmosphere,” the department released to X.

Kirk was assassinated Wednesday, Sept. 10 at Utah Valley University, where his coffin flew from Utah to Phoenix on Air Force Two, where his organization Turning Point USA was established.
