Former Vice President Kamala Harris“The highly anticipated book reviews the election cycle in 2024, paying tribute to former Transport Minister Pete Buttigieg, which could open the door to the 2028 presidential election in 2028, DNC Vice Chairman Shasti Conrad told Fox News Digital in an exclusive interview.
“I think Pete Buttigieg Being one of our absolutely best communicators, you know, we’ve seen it now. …I think what she said is, hopefully a door to run for Pete again for president, you know, we know all the land, and whether the country is ready to let him lead us. ”
Conrad, who highlighted the book, also brought Harris another of his own presidential campaigns and digitalized with Fox News before the official release of his memoir. So far, only a few excerpts “107 Days” have been released to the public, including the Atlantic recently reported that Harris initially wanted Buttigieg to be her running companion before eventually choosing Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz.

“But we’re already asking a lot of America: accepting a woman, a black woman, a black woman who marrys a Jewish man. Part of me wants to say, Let’s do it. But, knowing what the risk is is too great.
“And I think Pete also knows that it’s us sad about each other.”

“We don’t know if she added Pitt as her running companion, or if it will change anything,” Conrad said. “I don’t think that’s. But I think it’s a good nod to Pitt, a national leader, and we should be heading to someone who might be someone who can be… who can win the nomination in 2028.”
The vice president of the DNC, who is also the chairman of the Washington State Democratic Party, defended Waltz as a “happy warrior” and “speaks the language of the working class.”

“There is a lot of calculations and time about the time it takes to win the ticket,” she said. “Personally, I think, you know, Governor Waltz is a great campaign companion for her. When I met him last year, I told him, I joked that we grew up in a lab because he really was perfect for me.”

In response to the excerpt, Buttigieg told the media Thursday that he believes “give Americans more credibility” rather than based their votes on “category.”
“My experience with politics is that the way you gain trust with voters depends mainly on what they think you will do for their lives, not the category,” Buttigieg told Politico at a ribbon-cutting ceremony held in the Democratic office in Indiana.
Conrad added that the book allowed Harris to “tell her truth” during the 2024 election cycle in the wild, including excerpts that acknowledge that Biden was “tired” in the campaign but denied any big conspiracy in the White House to hide Joe Biden’s vulnerability measures. ”

“She had the opportunity to tell her version of the events and be able to say more fully,” Conrad said. “That’s what I see from these excerpts. I think I think she’s managed and under control for most of her time as a vice president and candidate.
