Donald Trump To be sure, growing up in Queens – a very nice neighborhood, but still an out-of-town.
Opposite the East River is a glittering skyline called the “city” by those who do not live there. On that island, it is the New York Times Building.
When the times discovered that real estate developers were worth analyzing, 1976love at first sight is a blow:

Trump announces $15 billion defamation lawsuit against The New York Times

(My favorite sentence is: “Mr. Trump said he was shy in publicity and allowed reporters to accompany what he said was a typical workday.”)
As a Brooklyn guy living in Queens, I brought it all up to highlight how the president is eager for the approval of the document.

He got it – although the tabloid prefers his hatred – until he gets involved in politics.
Now, the president has filed a $15 billion lawsuit New York Times.
It’s a weird suit that has a chance to snowball in the hell of success.

“This lawsuit has no advantage. It lacks any legal legal requirement, but rather an attempt to stifle and block independent reporting.” Strangely, there is no triggering the story, nor accusing specific inaccuracies. This is in stark contrast to the president’s successful lawsuit against CBS and ABC.
Of course, filing a lawsuit – even the largest companies spend money on legal fees – is usually the point.
Back in the 1980s, Trump sued Paul Gapp, a Pulitzer-winning Chicago Forum architecture critic, criticizing his plans to build the tallest building in the United States (150-storey tower) in Manhattan for $500 million. “One of the stupidest things anyone can do in New York or any other city,” Gapp wrote.
Trump said he had almost “striked” the project, leaving him with “public ridicule and contempt.” The judge later dismissed the lawsuit as protected opinion.
New suit names reporters such as White House chief correspondent Peter Baker and investigative journalist Michael Schmidt. It also named Susanne Craig and Ross Buettner, partly because of their book Lucky Loser: How Donald Trump Wasted His Father’s Wealth and Created Fantasy of Success.
Craig revealed some of Trump’s tax returns, and she and her team won Pulitzer’s financial report.
In the ABC case, the network paid $16 million for George Stephanopoulos, saying Trump was found responsible for rape rather than “sexual abuse” in a civil lawsuit filed by E. Jean Carroll.
CBS also agreed to pay $16 million after interviewing the Immoral Editor at Kamala Harris on “60 Minutes” to make her voice more coherent.
He also sued the Wall Street Journal’s parent company for reporting his birthday to Jeffrey Epstein, and he continues to deny it despite information from his Predator profile.

I want to say that writing editorials on the home page falls into the category of freedom of speech, and occasionally many papers do this.
Remember, as the ultimate public figure, Trump must prove the malice of this article, or recklessly ignore whether something is true.

Given that the president’s reports are overwhelmingly negative, assume that in order to demonstrate that the times are leading resistance.
Trump’s lawsuit is blamed on “continued election interference in traditional media.”
However, unless the plaintiff can point out verifiable inaccuracy, it belongs to First Amendment Reports and comments.

Yesterday, with the Marines dominating, Jonathan Karl of ABC, who Trump knew very well, asked Pam Bondi about the left-wing investigation: “A lot of people, many of your allies, say hate speech is freedom of speech.”
“She might follow someone like you! Because you treated me so unfairly! It’s hatred! There’s a lot of hatred in you!”
Moments later, Trump said: “Maybe they’ll follow ABC. Well, ABC recently paid me $16 million in hate speech, right? Your company paid me $16 million in hate speech, so maybe they have to follow you.”

For the President, litigation is exercised as a weapon. That’s why he sued The New York Times, Paper across the River, with which he has always had a love-hate relationship—most recently, mostly hate.
