Since Amazon launched its inaugural Prime Day Sale in 2015, the company has scheduled the event (mainly) at the same time of the year. In fact, in addition to the recent years when the dates were moved by the 19th Date pandemic, Amazon’s major sales activities that tend to start in mid-July.

This marks the first time the company has held two Prime Day-like sales in a year.
