Hydrow adds a third model to its lineup of modern rowing machines, this time bringing a bunch of AI. The Hydrow ARC has the same footprint as the previous Pro Machine, but has a larger 24-inch touchscreen display. It also comes with what the company calls “advanced sound” and better workout advice.
But what the company really wants to talk about is its new hydration index, which uses AI to see your workouts and gives you a score at the end. This score will monitor your accuracy, power, and endurance, allowing you to track progress over time. When paired with AI, the system will also be able to provide personalized exercise advice for your weak areas.
