President Donald Trump A $15 billion libel and defamation lawsuit filed against the New York Times, accusing the paper of being a virtual “mouth” for the Democratic Party and made illegal “election donations” to rival Kamala Harris in 2024.
Trump announced a lawsuit about the Truth Society late Monday and said he would take it to Florida. This marks another legal lawsuit the president has made in the past year with ABC News and CBS News forcing settlements to meet with large media organizations.
“Today, I am honored to bring $15 billion in libel and defamation lawsuits to the New York Times, one of the worst and most depraved newspapers in my history, becoming the virtual ‘mouth of the radical left Democrats. “Their recognition of Kamala Harris is actually placed on the front page of the New York Times, which is unheard of so far! ”

Trump accused The Times of being involved in a decades-long campaign surrounding him, his business, his family and the Magma movement.
“I’m proud to have this respected ‘rag’ accountable, just as we did with successful lawsuits like ours for George Slopadolos/ABC/Disney, and 60 Minutes/CBS/CBS/paramount, they knew they were falsely “mocking me”, the documentation and visuals were that their pathways were highly complex, thus making their legacy and visuals almost the same, and regretting their relic in their way and setting them up. The pattern of abuse is unacceptable.
