NJ doctor resigns after nurse said he ‘cheered’ Charlie Kirk’s death

They told Fox News Digital at the hospital where they worked that a New Jersey doctor was accused of celebrating the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk and reported that his nurse would continue to work.

Englewood Health said it “rigorously investigates the “September 10 incident”, “an incident between doctors and nurses in the patient care area.” The update comes after 33-year-old Lexi Kuenzle sued Englewood Health and Dr. Matthew Jung, claiming Jung “Che and Cheeped” Charlie Kirk Assassinated in comments made in front of patients and hospital staff and suspended after reporting.

Although the findings of the hospital investigation have not been disclosed, a spokesperson for the healthcare provider told Fox News Digital in an email that it has “[a]With the resignation of Dr. Kemp, the nurse is expected to make a scheduled change. ”

The spokesman continued: “The nurse was never fired; she was never told she would be fired from Englewood Hospital; and she would not miss any compensation, which is part of our review of the matter.”

Fox News Digital approached Kuenzle and Deol after the hospital announced Jung’s resignation, but they did not respond immediately.
