Some much-needed upgrades are coming to Powerbeats Pro 2 with iOS 26

Fortunately, for Beats PowerBeats Pro 2 owners AirPods Pro 3 Last week was short-lived. Apple unveils new features and updates heart rate tracking after launching its latest Beats Ear Hook-style headset in February PowerBeats Pro 2 With iOS 26 coming soon.

With the latest iOS upgrade, PowerBeats Pro 2 is better integrated with Apple’s fitness app, giving users more accurate data and options for up to 50 different workout types. For Apple Fitness+ Users, beat earbuds will also display heart rate, calorie burn and “burn rod” metrics. Outside the fitness app, iOS 26 will bring smaller improvements, such as the ability to use a single earbud for heart rate monitoring, even when the iPhone is not using your iPhone and a new algorithm, it can provide better accuracy when calculating steps and eliminate heart rate readings faster. To make your life easier, the updated PowerBeats Pro 2 will send you notifications to make you more suitable for more accurate heart rate monitoring and can feel whether you nod or shake your head in response to Siri’s request that you answer incoming calls or hear text.

All these iOS 26 upgrades to PowerBeats Pro 2 will be primarily consistent with the AirPods Pro 3 features, and the update will be released on September 15. However, in our review of Beats Earbuds, we found that they offer Mediocre ANC performance. It is worth noting that Android users of PowerBeats Pro 2 won’t get many of the Apple-branded features that come with iOS 26.
