Comedian Andrew Santino said he had a “war” with Disney in the upcoming review of Hulu’s stand, accusing the company of forcing him to joke about the so-called “Disney Adults.”

“They must have changed the joke,” Santino tells variety show.

“I’m not shocked by that. We started a war. They don’t want those jokes there.”

Santino said the special titled “White Noise” and the Sept. 12 premiere was tagged by Disney executives after preview. The rebound focused on his little bit about adult Disney superfans who often visit the park without kids and wear branded outfits.

“My argument is: I’m joking on a particularly controversial special. I don’t think it’s a controversial thing for people who like adults like Disney to joke, but they don’t agree.”

He said executives think these jokes will not respond well to the brand because Disney owns Huluwhere it is streamed.
