Patel also headed to the roof, and Robinson allegedly perched on the steps he fled, including entering the woods, the gun was Mauser, Mauser 30.06 rifle.
Patel personally directs the agent to process the evidence and prepares to send it to Quantico, ATF labs or local labs. Sources told Fox News Digital that Patel then directed the evidence to be loaded onto an aircraft with initial forensics and collected evidence and sent back to FBI Labs for processing.
A law enforcement source told Fox News Numbers that typically, when evidence is collected in an investigation, agents ship it to the lab. But sources said Patel directed that evidence and fingerprints were sent back to Quantico via the plane to travel back and forth from Utah to collect and provide evidence.

“Since the director was there, he was directing all of this because the DNA was doing analysis throughout the night,” the source told Fox News Digital. “He directed everyone and said ‘You want to get the evidence now.'”
“The evidence is the reason for returning to the lab at a fast speed. That’s why he was caught so quickly,” the source added.
