Black Panther, Carolina fired an employee Thursday who posted insensitive social media posts after being assassinated Charlie Kirk.
Charlie Rock, a member of the team communications department, was fired Black Panther’s Fox News Digital confirmed the decision.

Social media posts related to Locke seem to question him why people feel sad about Kirk being shot. The Wu-Tang clan song “Protect Ya Neck” was also shared.
“The views expressed by our employees are their own and do not represent the views of the Carolina Black Panthers,” the team said in a statement posted on social media. “We do not tolerate any kind of violence. We take this matter very seriously and address it with individuals as a result.”
Rock is far from the first to lose his job by ridiculing Kirk.

“Matthew Dowd made inappropriate, insensitive and unacceptable comments during the Charlie Kirk shooting,” MSNBC president Rebecca Kutler said in a statement. “We apologize for his remarks. There is no place where there is violence in the United States, politically or otherwise.”
Kirk Utah Valley University Wednesday in Orem. The 31-year-old was mostly surrounded by college students at the start of the game.
Authorities have not publicly identified the suspect in the shooting. But officials provided more details about the people they followed during a Thursday morning press conference.
FBI special agent Robert Bohls and Utah Public Safety Commissioner Beau Mason said they got “good video” of shooters while on the Utah Valley University campus.
Investigators added that they believed the suspect was “university-era”.
