Google announced Thursday that Gmail is launching a new Buy tab that provides users with a quick overview of their upcoming packaging delivery. The tag will allow them to access all purchase-related emails in one place, even past orders and shipments.
The tech giant noted that Gmail will still display packages that will arrive within 24 hours on top of users’ inbox. “New Tag” simply puts together all your purchase information.
This update is based on Gmail package tracking First launched in 2022allowing users to track their upcoming package delivery directly from their inbox without having to navigate to the appropriate carrier website.
