House Judiciary Committee Democrats announced they are exploring whether FBI director Kash Patel intentionally refuses to disclose with Jeffrey Epstein.
“Who are you protecting by refusing to release Epstein’s archives? In 2023, on Benny Johnson’s podcast, you were asked why the FBI “protects the world’s most important predators” by refusing to release Epstein’s list of clients.
“Now you are the director of the FBI, you know exactly who is related to the Epstein archives, but you refuse to release them. Who are you protecting, why?”

Since then, Democrats and the new discovery call have captured transparency in Epstein’s case, which Republicans see as hypocritical.
FBI public information officials declined to comment on letters from the Fox News Digital Bureau.
