Charlie Kirk Before his life was shortened Wednesday at the age of 31, his life was an unapologetic defender and Christian faith.
The founder of Turning Point USA and the host of “Charlie Kirk Show” became an outstanding figure in the media and university campuses nationwide. He was shot deadly during a deadly shooting Wednesday at the University of Utah on Wednesday to launch his “American Comeback Tour” at Orem, Utah.
During his university events, he welcomed dialogue and debated on cultural and political issues, including Christianity.
Just a few days before his death, Kirk posted on X: “Jesus defeated death, you can live.”

“I mean, without Jesus, I have nothing.” He told Russell Brand last year. “I am a sinner. I surpass God’s glory. We all want to. I dedicated my life to the Lord in the fifth grade, which was the most important decision I have ever made, and everything I have done is integrated into Jesus Christ.”
On university campuses, he often raises questions about the evidence of the Bible from skeptics and why he thinks Christianity is real while sharing its impact on life.
During an April campus event, Kirk defended the positive power of Christianity in the United States.
“The mechanisms of religious society are good for everyone. When someone walks around and thinks he is a creative, not a God, you tend to have a better citizen.”
In another Debate with the atheists Earlier this year, he pointed out Christian hopes for the afterlife.
“I would say you have more faith than I do. You have more blind beliefs, love everything around you, love, happiness, peace, sadness are the constructs of neurons that are emitted in your brain… We as Christians, we hope we can see our loved ones again, we will be in heaven, we will be in heaven, we will be perfect, which is impossible. In fact, it is better.

“Honestly, Jesus is the most important thing,” Kirk told Fox News last month while discussing NFL quarterback Lamar Jackson’s re-expression of his faith-based post.
Kirk said at the time that he believed the country was reviving spiritually.
“We’re seeing Gen-Z back to church with record numbers. We’re seeing a revival of Christianity that should bring hope to everyone in the audience. This is the greatest news that’s happening in America right now,” he said.

Kirk was shot dead Wednesday while speaking in front of thousands of students on the Utah Valley University campus. His wife Erika and two young children survived.
President Donald Trump Kirk’s death was confirmed in an article on Truth Social on Wednesday afternoon.
“The great and even legendary Charlie Kirk is dead. No one understands or has the heart of youth in the United States of America better than Charlie,” Trump wrote. “Melania and I have sympathy for his beautiful wife Erika and family.” Charlie, we love you! ”
