Back in the past, cigars, Democratic politicians in big cities will sit in the smoked back room and distribute patronage work to supporters. The nephew of the ward head will appoint a Kush’s undocumented in the water committee, and the political wheels are also greased.
Today, this blatant corruption has been eliminated, but modern Democrats have discovered a new, more subtle, more Repay allies’ profits. It is called diversity, equity and inclusion.
DNC members rally around Pro-Dei resolution: “These are American values”
During the Biden administration, only the Ministry of Education Spend $1 billion on Deithat’s just a federal agency. In nearly every blue city and suburban, local and statewide effort in the U.S. puts more money into diversity programs.
Everyone who has ever attended a corporate training course knows exactly what taxpayers are getting, as the wealth is brought together to DEI experts and organizations: absolutely not.

These Haxsters were handed to millions by Democrats, just to put together some power demonstrations about privilege theory, whiteness, or transgender ability. The gang of Boss Tweed and Tammany Hall will be in awe.
The corrupt union boss used to be able to get a beautiful beach house. These people are building company headquarters.
An interesting difference between ancient corruption and new corruption is that it is largely a man in politics, making it easy for men to court in trade. But with DEI, women often provide jobs to women in diverse industries.
CNN’s Van Jones touched on this the other day in a way that almost gave up the game.
“So far, 300,000 black women are out of work Jones said since Trump became president. Black women have been unpopular in the lobby of American companies for decades. Everyone knows it. So many of our best and brightest black women have proudly worked in the public sector over the years. ”

Note that Jones does not make the arguments that these jobs need, but rather exists as a work plan for black women. He went on to say, “Black women with multiple advanced degrees…as a perfect record of voters…a role respected in their churches and mourning…a house under their own name faces bankruptcy, foreclosure and economic disaster.”
Now, not all of these jobs are in DEI, but a lot of them are already there. Jones here almost admits that this is specially designed to benefit Black women, who happen to be the most reliable Democratic voter in the universe.
Over the past few years, American taxpayers have said nothing to almost all American companies, they have spent Scrooge McDuck-grade money on DEI, but is there a success story? A organization that can be said reliably: “Are we fewer racists now?”
The Democrats seem to naturally think that it is a lot of time to spend talking about the drawbacks of racism and how terrible white people are, and if they can pay a lot of money for it, their time will be much better.
But, as Jones said, more and more people don’t seem to really address the purpose of racism, and progressives don’t actually think it’s possible, but create sponsorship work for loyal voters.

Unfortunately, thousands of people have invested in college and career careers in the DEI industry for many years, and this fact proves to be a serious failure experiment. But the American people don’t want it, and they certainly don’t want to pay for it.
There was a time when you could look at Dei and say, “Okay, let’s try it”, but that time has passed. This approach to diversity will only make racial relations worse, and at this point, continuing to fund taxpayer dimes can only be called corruption.
The smoked back chambers of the past may have given way to our modern open-air coffee martini, but whether it’s sitting in a crow’s nest, watching the cargo ship be unpacked, or making posters about unconscious bias.
The Trump administration is right to resolve DEI at the federal level, and every state and region should do the same. This is not only a waste of money, but also a corruption in action.
