Exclusive: Three young women in Southern California are filing lawsuits against the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF), the California Department of Education (CDE) and the Jurupa Unified School District (JUSD). Jura Valley High School Women’s volleyball team.
The lawsuit filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court in Central California, claiming that the plaintiff “has suffered sexual discrimination, including sexual harassment, unsafe and unfair movement environment, discrimination of opinion, and infringement of his religious freedom and security” Cross-athlete.
The plaintiffs in the case are current players Alyssa McPherson, Hadeel Hazameh, former player and McPherson’s sister Madison McPherson and his family. Hazameh and Alyssa McPherson recently pulled back the team to protest trans athletes, who had previously told Fox News digital numbers.

The lawsuit alleges that Hazameh and Alyssa McPherson were recently removed from the team group chat after telling their coach that they were “discomfortably sharing the volleyball court and locker room with male students.” The plaintiff also claimed that the school’s customs violated the girls’ religious freedom.
“The plaintiff was intimidated by the defendant’s intentionally hostile environment where school officials bullied them to examine their objections to competing with and competing with and sharing intimate and private spaces with men,” the lawsuit said.

But this season, Hernandez’s last high school season, has caused widespread controversy after winning two women’s state titles last spring.
The playoffs met Hernandez for the competition were protesting by female athletes and their families, who often wore “Save Girls Sports” T-shirts. Before Hernandez’s state championship victory, President Donald Trump posted a post about social warnings that California officials and Gov. Gavin Newsom did not allow trans athletes to compete in the state finals.
CIF revised its policy to reward any female athlete who ended behind Hernandez, but still allowed trans athletes to compete and eventually won the girl’s high jump and triple jump and finished second in the long jump. Female athletes, who won a place behind Hernandez, shared the podium with trans athletes.
Then, in July, the Justice Department filed a lawsuit against the CDE and CIF, a policy that allowed biomas to sign an executive order in February to prohibit the signing of an executive order.

Fox News Digital has contacted CDE, CIF and JUSD in response to lawsuits filed by McPhersons and Hazameh, but has not received a response.
The district previously provided a statement specifically to Fox News’s digital numbers, suggesting that the ongoing dispute involving Hernandez is blamed on government officials and lawmakers.
