Last season, McCarthy was on the brink of suffering from an injury at the end of the season during the preseason. McCarthy is having some trouble To start the game, the Bears defense, led by new coordinator Dennis Allen, is putting the right pressure to confuse young signal callers. He could only get two in the first half and into the shooting range, while the offenses of Caleb Williams and the Bears fell into the hot spot under new head coach Ben Johnson.
But in the fourth quarter tightening time, the Vikings fell 17-6 and McCarthy answered the call.
It all started with six games, with McCarthy firing a bullet into the front of the finishing area to find his star receiver Justin Jefferson, the first score in his new campaign. Then, the Vikings’ defense put pressure on Williams to give McCarthy another chance to lead and with three-thirds forced.
McCarthy pushed a perfect deep ball towards Aaron Jones after a successful two-point transition after getting a generous defensive pass to make the call, leading 20-17.
The winning dagger this time was a nine-game game that ended with a 14-yard touchdown, except for McCarthy, who kept the ball on the third and 1-read options at the Chicago 14-yard line. He entered the finish area and roared with his Vikings teammates as he was packed with him with 2:53 left in the game.
Williams got such a hot start, giving the Bears game a touchdown. However, due to his success with the Detroit Lions, the Bears’ offense is expected to be upgraded by Johnson’s drama. They only summoned shots in the second quarter, while Cairo Santos, who played the ball, missed another in the fourth quarter.

Another touchdown for the Bears was McCarthy’s six draft picks thrown in the third quarter, which seemed like a killer at the time because he had a poor level of play.
However, Williams needed to be late to get on the rushing offense to re-enter the game, and he was finally able to find the finishing area again. The Bears drought opened with a one-yard score from Rome Odunze to bring Chicago’s deficit to three minutes and two minutes of the game left.
The Bears’ defense was able to force the Vikings to make three-pointers, but there weren’t enough game clocks to get the miracle as the Vikings celebrated their hard win on the road.
McCarthy’s first career start ended with 13-for-13-for-143 yards, two touchdowns and one interception. It is also worth noting that Jordan Mason took a part of the Lions in the running game, totaling 15 yards, while veteran Aaron Jones Sr. scored eight carrys of 23 yards. However, Jones tied for 44 yards with Jefferson in the reception game.
