Jeffrey Epstein’s property is expected to begin handing over documents to Capitol Hill members on Monday based on a subpoena issued by the House Oversight Committee last month.

“We understand that Jeffrey Epstein’s property is being detained and controlled for documents, which may further investigate and legislative objectives. In addition, our understanding is that the estate is ready and willing to provide these documents according to the subpoena committee,” Comer wrote at the time.
The subpoena documents include all entries in a book compiled by Maxwell for Epstein’s 50th birthday, Epstein’s will, and information about his 2008 non-deliberation agreement.

Information about Epstein’s financial transactions, calls and visitor logs is also sought, “any document or record that may reasonably be construed as a document or record of a client involved in sexual conduct or trafficking by Jeffrey Epstein,” according to a copy of Fox News Digital of Subpoena.
The attorney representing the executor of Epstein’s estate told Fox News last month: “As the co-executors have been saying, they will comply with all legal procedures for the matter, including the committee’s subpoena.”
