resident Los Angeles Frustrated with local leaders such as Democratic Mayor Karen Bass due to the recent increase in crime, one of the residents said people in the community were on the edge and said more needed to be done.
The appeal of the Encino community in Los Angeles, California comes after longtime American Idol music producer Robin Kaye and her husband Thomas Deluca Found dead July 14 at their home.
Police believe the couple was killed on July 10 after two calls were called to report possible burglaries in the couple’s Encino home. The suspect, 22-year-old Raymond Boodarian, was arrested for double homicide. Officials said the alleged killing was random.
A neighbor had previously told Fox News Digital that the suspects had mental health problems and sometimes allegedly stalking people.

“He had mental health problems. He would walk around here all day. We got ring cameras – he would walk by and flash knife on our ring cameras.” “He kind of followed one of my sons… like hitting him on Instagram, like hoping he would be his friend. He was like, ‘No, I’m fine.'”
Rob Glushon, president of the Encino Property Owners Association of Kaye and DeLuca’s neighbor, told Fox News Digital that the double murder was just a flash point in the crime’s recent increase.
“I have a neighbor next door and her husband was killed by a thief,” Geshen said. “But this happened with the rise in thefts and other increases in family invasions. So the reality is that people are on the edge because everyone knows a victim.”
He added: “That’s not normal.”
Glushon is part of a group of Encino residents who gathered outside Van Nuis Town Hall to present a series of demand lists on July 31, including adding resources from nearby Los Angeles Police Department. Fox 11.

On the same day as Encino met, she introduced their list of needs for bass, with two breaks nearby, one of whom was at the “Real Housewife in Beverly Hills” home.
After breaking in, a resident told the station: “We are a target…it’s scary.
Meanwhile, Green said city leaders, including bass, are not enough to solve the problem Encino residentssaid LAPD is insufficient.
