Lawyers representing the department Homeland Security The ICE has notified Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a high-profile illegal immigrant, that he will be deported to the tiny African country of Eswatini, after lawyers for alleged gang members said he feared persecution in 22 other countries.
According to the deletion notification shared by ICE sources with Fox News, the agency has notified Abrego Garcia In view of his fear of persecution or torture in twenty other countries, “We hereby inform you that your newly dismissed country is Eswatini of Africa.”
“Dear Mr. Abreg Garcia, the notice reads: “As you know, the United States is trying to remove you from the United States in the order of your final dismissal. Currently, you are designated to be removed from Uganda. However, your lawyer has informed us, but you are concerned about persecution or torture in Uganda. ”
“The claim of fear is difficult to take seriously, especially given what you (through a lawyer) claim you are concerned about persecution or torture in at least 22 different countries,” the ICE notice stated.

The notice lists 22 countries, including El Salvador, Uganda and 20 Latin American countries.
The notice states, “Nevertheless, we hereby inform you that your new country is Eswatini of Africa.”
The Department of Homeland Security also reposted a copy of the notice on its official X account, titled “Homie Fears the Whole Western Hemisphere.”
Abrego Garcia has become a reason for many Democrats after deporting his native El SalvadorButtock management Decline due process for immigration. He was sent back to the U.S. in June and is currently undergoing a human smuggling trial related to a 2022 traffic stop in Tennessee, where he was found transporting several non-citizens across the country.

He is currently retained in his case at the Immigration Detention Center in Virginia, as Obama-appointed U.S. District Court Judge Paula Xinis ruled to temporarily block Abrego Garcia from expulsion from Uganda.
Chris Newman, the attorney for Abrego Garcia’s family, explicitly denied the DHS charges and told Fox News numbers: “None of these things are true, go all out.”
