Bates, the latest former White House official interviewed by House investigators, confirmed former President Joe Biden’s leadership while criticizing his successor for criticizing his successor in opening speeches obtained through familiar sources by Fox News Digital.
“Andrew Bates is part of Biden’s cognitive decline masking, and he’s delusional,” a spokesman for the oversight committee said in response.

“His so-called opening speech – leaked in his transcribed interview, and not even read at the time of the leak – peddled the fantasy of his attempt to sell the American people. The public rejected Bates’ spin and witnessed President Biden’s eyes firsthand.”
“Just this week, new records show that President Biden neither approved nor may even have had thousands of pardons. This is a historical scandal with huge implications.”
“I am proud to support Joe Biden as president because we believe in the same values. In the White House, it is generally understood that Joe Biden is responsible. This is exactly in line with my personal experience with the president,” Bates said in an opening statement to Fox News Digital.
“There is now a person in a very different role being in charge,” the statement said.

Bates accuses the Oversight Committee Republicans of “spend taxpayers’ money to investigate Joe Biden, a glorious man who has performed far better than today while turning a blind eye to corruption Donald Trump. ”
He continued to cut Donald Trump’s tariffs, accusing him of “illegal attempts to take over the Fed”, criticizing the president for his personal investment in cryptocurrencies and accepting jets from Qatar for formal business, among other items.
“As far as I know, none of the above is investigated. As a taxpayer and a private citizen, I think this is wrong.”
