Comedian Tim Dillon slammed California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D)’s record while sitting down with podcast host Joe Rogan, warning that the governor is using Slick PR push to distract from failed policies.
“He is now positioning himself as a Democratic presidential candidate. He has always been, but now he is doing it. And, to his credit, he has succeeded.” Joe Rogan’s experience.
Rogan agreed: “Well, you know, some of their success in wearing hats is his social media campaign, his conversations like Trump.” The new campaign strategy that proposed to enhance Newsom’s image was “f—————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————-
Newsom launched a media blitz, and his social media presence mimics President Donald Trump’s style. These moves are seen by some as a signal that Newsom plans to run for president in 2028.

“What he has was a bad record in California, he did horrible things for people’s real lives, but he’s successful on the internet,” Dillon said. “He had fun on the internet, the country was burned down… People forgot, ‘Because a few months ago, people had short memories. They were gone.
“Yes,” Rogan replied, “this is how bad the Democrats are now.”

“And he’s not even the worst situation,” Dillon continued. “He’s terrible, but the people go further than he does. The problem with Gavin Newsom is that he’s an empty suit.” No matter what way it is blown.
He cited a test case in 2020 when Newsom “towed his own police force under the bus” and then repositioned it as a “wise Democrat who wanted to engage with conservatives.” Dillon added: “He’s like a hollow guy. He just wants to win, and that might be enough.”
Fox News Numbers Contacted Gov. Gavin Newsom’s office and no immediate response was received.
