According to Rich, TVA allegedly has a working group that tells homeowners: “‘Hey, whether you like it or not, we’re going to come to your land,’ all the other rights Americans have throughout the Fourth Amendment.
The Tennessee Valley Authority is a federally owned company that manages flood control, electricity, economic development and protection.
Last fall, TVA told Fox 17 in a statement: “TVA filed condemnation proceedings related to potential transmission lines that TVA may locate on these properties, and the Federal Judge overseeing the cases issued Orders of Possession. These orders immediately authorize TVA to enter the properties for the purpose of conducting surveys. The landowners’ objects do not bar TVA’s authorization to access the properties pursue to the court’s orders, nor does authorization hinge on Further activity in the lawssuits.”
The utility said in July that Cheatham County is no longer the preferred location for its natural gas power plants.
Fox News Digital has contacted TVA and the White House.

Ritchie said Rollins was warned after starting interviews with TVA-affected residents who began to get clicks on his YouTube channel, which eventually attracted the president’s attention.
“We actually had a chance to push TVA away then. ” he added.
Ritchie said residents of his country are celebrating and planning a march due to government intervention.
“I think that’s a great thing about the Trump administration is that they’re paying attention.”
“They gave up hope. They were like ‘can’t beat TVA’. But it’s a low-income county where only about half of the residents can afford lawyers.”

“I mean, does this sound like America?” he asked. “Does this sound like anything our country has built? It’s not mine. Again, that’s why I decided to participate.”

Ritchie said his new single is about “People’s Power – Our People’s Power is a practical thing.”
He hopes that low- and middle-income people know that there is a possibility of competing with billions of dollars in entities and winning.
Back in the Trump administration, Ritchie said he didn’t know how anyone could make more progress than Trump in the first eight months.

“Again, I think a lot is due to his cabinet, Trump himself and his cabinet’s level of participation, “Well, tell us what you did, what about you? The whole table, have you seen something like that? Ritchie said he has been texting back and forth with the president about TVA.
