“Before I put the car in the park, there was an officer walking in my direction,” Nuctary said. “I ran out, I thought, ‘I was looking for my daughter. [I] I don’t know where she is. …I checked her phone everywhere. He kind of kept me away from the direction of the tape and he was like, “Oh, that’s another thing. … But just keep your phone nearby.”
Homicide detectives later confirmed that they found their daughter’s body. She was sexually assaulted before her death.
“She left marks on them, she bites them, she leaves scratches,” Nuctary said. “She broke her nails. There was their DNA under her nails. I think she knew a way to help find them when she knew she wouldn’t do it. Sadly, she had to do it, but it was a very brave thing to be able to do it at such a young age.”

Joslin’s suspicious killer was later identified as Johan Josh Jose Martinez-Rangel, 22, and Franklin Jose Jose Pena Ramos, 26, Illegal Venezuelan national.
Pena was previously accused of raping an American woman on vacation in Costa Rica, the two were allegedly linked to the foreign terrorist group TDA.

“It’s really scary to know the world we live in as Americans…I still have another child. I’m afraid to know what would have happened if we didn’t have one. [President] Donald Trump “Being President. “When I was there, I had only a certain amount of tranquility to my soul, and I just knew she was completely there mentally,” Nuncory said. “If she were here, she might ask to go camp there and say that it was her second home every weekend. She wanted to go there every weekend to set up a tent. … Her heart was big.”

Nungary says every time the Trump administration strikes back TDA and other Narco-Terrorist cartels, She felt justice for Jocelyn.
“My daughter was murdered by these violent criminals,” she wrote in a statement to Fox News Digital Digitization. “Unlike Biden, Biden has brought violators back to our streets, and this administration is taking action to stop them.”
Nicole Kiprilov, executive director of American Border Story, added that Venezuelans will never be on American soil.
