one University of Kentucky According to a report from one of her social media posts, the athlete who allegedly hid a dead newborn baby in a closet once shared that she dreamed of becoming a mother.

Officials Lexington Police Department Officials said in a statement that they detained Laken Snelling, 21, who was “proclaimed dead at the scene” after responding to an undeserved baby. Police said Snelling was the baby’s mother.

In the latest news from Snelling Tiktok Posts From June 25, she expressed her hope to raise children as her life goal. She includes a mother’s emoji, holding the baby under the “target” list, which includes family, money, house and cash.

Snelling was charged with tampering with physical evidence, covering up the birth of the baby and abuse of the body.

Snelling also “confessed to give birth,” police documents show.
