U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro of the District of Columbia criticized Democratic leaders for opposing the Trump administration’s criminal crackdown in Washington, D.C. and resisted the possibility of extending similar efforts to other cities in the country.

Pirro strongly rejected these arguments, claiming that the crackdown has achieved results in Washington, D.C.
“Who has the right to say that crime is low enough, so we should not disturb it?” she asked.
“Who among us would say I would shoot in Chicago tonight or next weekend?”

Bowser said in late August that New York City fell 87% in the 20-day range compared to the same period last year.

“We know that when the carjacking bag falls, when the gun is used, when the homicide or the robbery falls, the community feels safer and safer. So for this reason, this surge is important to us.”
Pirro believes that the Democratic leader is simply because it comes from the White House.
