A 21 year old University of Kentucky Cheerleaders were arrested after allegedly hiding the dead baby in a closet.
Lexington Police Department takes Lecken Snelling detention Earlier last week, officials “sent a responsive baby at a residence on the 400 block of Park Avenue.”
“When officers arrived, they found a baby who was pronounced dead at the scene,” police said. “The Fayette County Coroner’s Office will release the cause of the baby’s death.”
Snelling, who Lexington Police Department says It is the baby’s mother, accused of abuse of the body, tampering with physical evidence and covering up the baby’s birth.

A spokesman for the University of Kentucky told Fox News on Tuesday that Snellore “is a senior in the UK and a member of the stunt team.”
University of Kentucky Track and Field Athletics Description The stunt is “a head-on competition between the two teams, focusing on “the technical and athletic aspects of cheering,” which is “one of the fastest growing women’s sports in the United States.”
Snelling is listed as a member of the stunt team on its website.
