President Donald Trump He will award former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani the Presidential Medal of Freedom, announcing Monday.
“As President of the United States of America, I am pleased to announce that Rudy Giuliani, the greatest mayor in New York City’s history, is also an equally great American patriot, will receive the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the highest civilian honor in our country,” Trump wrote in The Society of Truth. “Details on time and place. Thank you for your attention on this matter. Make America great again!!!”

The news comes the second day after severely injured in a car accident in New Hampshire.
Despite rumors spread that the former mayor was injured in a targeted attack, his spokesman said Giuliani was eliminated after being marked by a woman who fled domestic violence and needed help from 911.
After the officer arrived, Giuliani stayed in his rental car and later hit from behind on the highway at high speed.

Giuliani Tear and contusion Giuliani’s spokesman and safety chief Michael Ragusa said in a statement Sunday that he suffered injuries to his left arm and calf.
Ragusa provided the latest news on Monday’s situation of Giuliani.

“Mayor Giuliani’s condition continues to improve and he is expected to be discharged from the hospital in the next few days,” Ragusa said in a statement. “This is the one who survived 9/11 – so a small car accident won’t slow him down. He is eager to return to business and continue to fight for the country, as he has proudly done in the past 50 years.”
Giuliani joined Trump’s legal team in 2018 to represent the president. Robert Mueller Investigate Russian interference in the 2016 election.
