As Progressives Carville, who often speaks very much about LGBTQ rights, suggests that a “division” is needed within the Democratic Party.
Cavill continued: “They will never compete with Republicans… All they do is meet with other Democrats. I don’t quite understand why you are so eager to get the word Democrats in the descriptions of what you do. But maybe we can be friendly here. You go your way, we go our way, we go our way, we come together and see how much we have in common we can find.”

“The only thing I’m asking is not to use the word Democratic in any title you have, because most of the Democrats I know who are running for office don’t want your name and don’t want you to be part of the deal,” the senior Democratic strategist said. “They will definitely be happy to vote. Who won’t? Everyone wants to get as many votes as possible. Maybe you come up with your name. By the way, after the election, you can sit down, you can sit down, like you do in parliamentary governments or governments around the world.”
