After the historic Blue Origin Rocket Journey, Katy Perry Feeling more connected than ever.

On Monday, Perry Jeff Bezos Fiancé, journalist Lauren Sanchez, TV host Gayle King, film producer Kerianne Flynn, NASA rocket scientist Aisha Bowe and civil rights activist Amanda Nguyen – shed tears after an “incredible” journey to space.

“I feel very connected to love,” Perry Said shortly after landing. “It’s so connected to love. I think this experience shows me that you never know how much love you are inside, how much love you have to give and what love you love until the day you launch.”

While in space, Perry sang “What a Wonderful World” with her all-female staff, and she took a moment to explain why the song came to mind.

“It has nothing to do with me,” she said. “It’s not singing my song, it’s about the collective energy there, it’s about us, it’s about making room for women in the future and taking up space and belonging, it’s about this wonderful world, where we see and appreciate it,” Perry said. “It’s for the good of the planet.”
