White House plans ‘extraordinary’ Holy Week as Trump honors Easter with ‘the observance it deserves’

Exclusive: The White House is holding “Extraordinary” celebrations for Holy Week Before Easter, President Donald Trump has participated in many events to celebrate and commemorate the holiday with “the commemoration that deserves.”

The new White House Office of Faith organized a Holy Week schedule.

“The newly formed White House Office of Faith is pleased to share that President Trump will commemorate and celebrate Holy Week and Easter,” said Jennifer Korn, the White House Office of Faith’s Office of Faith, to Fox News Digital.

“Over the whole week we will be distributing a Holy Week declaration, a special presidential video message (and) hosting pre-Easter dinners and Easter services for White House staff.”

“It will be a special period of prayer and worship, shared with Americans who celebrate the week of Sunday’s resurrection,” Cohen said.

On Palm Sunday, the president is expected to issue a Presidential Easter Declaration that will speak directly to Christians and defend Christian faith in the military, workplace, hospitals, governments, governments and elsewhere as Holy Week begins and maintains its commitment to defending Christianity’s faith in schools.

On Monday, the president is expected to release Holy Week videos and will host Easter dinner on Wednesday night.

The dinner will feature hymns from the Marines, singer Charles Billingsley’s Christian Opera, President Trump’s prayers and speeches.

Christian pastors, pastors and faith leaders are expected to attend the dinner with President, Cohen, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt and Paula White, senior adviser to the White House Office of Faith.

On Thursday, Holy Thursday, the president is expected to host a staff liturgy at the White House, where Pastor White, Rev. Franklin Graham, Rev. Greg Laurie and Rev. Jansen Franklin will participate in prayer, Bible, Service and Communion.

During the service, the Liberty University ensemble will perform worship music.

“President Trump promised millions of Christians across the country that he would establish a White House Office of Faith and fulfilled that promise,” Levitt said. “The White House Office of Faith has held a week-long celebration for Holy Week before Easter Sunday.”

Leavitt stressed that this is “another sharp contrast to the previous administration”.

Levitt noted that last year, Biden’s White House marked EasterIt collapsed on March 31, 2024, is the most solemn Christian holiday and a visibility of trans day.

“On Trans Day, we respect the extraordinary courage and contribution of trans Americans and reaffirm our nation’s commitment to building a more perfect alliance in which all people are treated equally and equally throughout their lives,” a statement from the Biden White House said.

It added: “Today, we send a message to all trans Americans: You are loved. You are heard. “So now, I, President Joseph R. Biden Jr.

Biden’s defenders quickly said he did not choose March 31 as the date for transgender day, and since 2021, the White House has issued the same declaration every March 31 each year when Biden took office.

At the time, Leavitt, who served as the national press secretary for Trump’s campaign, bombed Biden’s announcement as “shocking and insulting”, calling it an example of the Biden administration’s “year-old attack on the Christian faith.”
