Exclusive: A House resolution confirmed that the Trump administration uses the Alien Enemy Act to combat those suspected of becoming members of the Tren de Alagua gang was introduced Monday.

“Coloradoans already know the truth: Tren de Aragua (TDA) is now a terrorist organization active in our community,” Rep. Jeff Crank, who introduced the resolution, told Fox News Digital in an exclusive statement.
