New York Yankees Fans are in strange territory when a superstar chooses to dominate rival Mets over their favorite team.
Juan Soto Signed a 15-year, $765 million deal, the most lucrative in sports history, and in the offseason, the Mets helped the Yankees to the World Series in their only season at the club last year.
While some Yankees fans prefer Soto’s departure because it allows the team to attract more players with the money it saves, many fans are still frustrated by it.

Fans randomly started chanting “F — Juan Soto” during the Yankees’ game against the Arizona Diamondbacks on Thursday.

“Shame all of you. Really, shame all of you. It’s a really bad look. … You’re still the older brother. The Mets haven’t won any wins yet. They won the bidding war with Juan Soto. They have never won the championship since 1986,” Kai added. “It’s been 39 years since winning the championship, and you’re chanting ‘Bleep’ Bleep Juan Soto?’ I don’t understand.
“It’s confusing me. I don’t understand, it’s a bad look. It’s a bad look. …I think all of you are a scary look. Everyone!
Soto made his debut in the Mets game on Friday and won a 4-1 match with RBI doubles. It was a slow start for the outfielder, who reached .240 in his first seven games.
Yankees fans are also not uncommon to sing Jose Altuve.

Altuve beat Aaron’s judge, who was a rookie at the time, beat Al for the AL MVP, and the Astros beat the ALCS’ Yankees in seven games that year. Two years later, Altuve hit a walking home run against the Yanks to win the championship again, but his hesitation to take off his shirt led to unproven speculation that he was wearing some kind of device in the Bat game.
Soto will return to Bronx to compete between the Mets and Yankees on May 16.
