Deerfield Public School District 109 said in a statement to Fox News Digital that no one else in the locker room made changes in front of others, adding that the school’s policies were in line with state laws.
“District 109 is committed to providing a learning environment where all students and staff are respected and supported. Our policies and procedures, including student use of locker rooms, are consistent with state laws, Illinois School Regulations and Illinois Board of Education (ISBE) guidance.
