New evidence released Gene Hackman Experts say the death of his wife Betsy Arakawa Hackman expands the importance of detailed cell phone records.
Preliminary records revealed Monday by the Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office show Betsy was supposed to have an activity on Betsy’s cell phone device the day after his death. New Mexico Authorities initially believed she died around February 11, but new information shows Betsy made multiple calls on February 12.
Former FBI investigator Bill Daly told Fox News numbers exclusively that investigators may have a hard time pulling information from their phones for analysis, but the phone “not only will it tell them what text messages are there on the last call, what text messages are there, but it also shows movement.”

“this Analysis in mobile phone “Perhaps it can be further determined whether there is any slight movement. This is something used in several investigations, including some murders, and they were able to determine a more specific time of death when the phone stopped moving among the deceased.”
Daly noted that cellular analysis will also specifically determine that the phone will stop moving.
“If it were that person, it could be a more definite timeline for their deaths,” he said. “I think what we’re seeing here might either take a while to get into the phone and do some analysis, and it could also be the fact that pathologists who worked with the late person for a few weeks and would die on February 11, and now they’re calling at least the morning of the 12th.”

Authorities confirmed Monday that Betty’s phone was “used on the morning of February 12 and can call the Santa Fe Medical Center at Cloudberry Health.”

Paul Mauro, Retired New York Police Department Inspector Fox News contributors exclusively told Fox News that it was a “little thing” provided by the sheriff on February 11 as Bessy’s supposed death date.
“The first thing they might have to do is search for her phone activity and see her call that day,” Mauro said. “If they haven’t done that when they sent out the date of death, it does hint at a little investigative slip.”
Mauro suggested that due to the nature of the high-profile case, investigators may feel pressure to quickly provide information to the public.

“There are often a lot of stress and activity areas,” Mauro said. “Someone may just have a slightly wrong date.”
“If they haven’t done this when they issued the death date, that does hint at a little investigative slip.”
He added: “I’m a little surprised that the police didn’t have this data point before they decided to come to a final conclusion. But maybe what we’re hearing is not their final conclusion.”
Dr. Josiah Child, a doctor who oversees Cloudberry Health, said in an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital that the late classical pianist did not initially express symptoms of Hanta virus pulmonary syndrome.

“[Betsy] In fact, the twelfth appointment was made for the first visit with one of our doctors,” Dr Child said. “She called for the tenth time, saying her husband was sick or wanted to take care of her husband. She wants to cancel the date.

“She called on the 12th [looking for] suggestion. She said: “I have some congestion and I just want some advice. What should I do? She has no shortness of breath, chest pain or fever or something like that. Our receptionist talked to the doctor and the doctor said: “Well, I’ve never seen her.” We must make the initial appointment. ”
The exercise was scheduled to make an appointment on February 12 at 1pm after calling that morning, but she never showed up. This practice was then called Betty, but there was no answer.
“If we knew the patient and knew they had a medical condition or something, then if we tried to call them and they didn’t call back, we would be more active in finding out what was going on,” Dr. Child said. “But in this case, I think that since the doctor never saw the patient, it’s not clear whether she found another doctor or went somewhere else.”

Dr Child said it sounds like Betsy is “starting to feel uncomfortable” but is not fully aware of how sick she is actually.
“I don’t know if it’s because she’s focused on her husband or because it’s a fast-progressive disease, or if she’s just one of those people who don’t really feel uncomfortable. No one will know,” he said. “But for some reason, she doesn’t recognize her illness on the second stage of Hanta virus, which invades the lungs.”
“No one would know, but for some reason, she didn’t realize she was sick with the second stage of hantavirus, which invaded her lungs.”

Chief Medical Investigator Dr. Heather Jarrell explained that hantavirus is characterized by “flu-like symptoms composed of fever, muscle soreness, cough, sometimes vomiting and diarrhea that can develop into shortness of breath, heart or heart failure, and lung failure.”
