Patel says FBI has captured its 3rd most wanted fugitive since Trump took office: ‘Let good cops be good cops’

Patel said in an article on X on Tuesday night that the FBI’s success with some of the most wanted criminals in the United States was “not accidental”, which could be attributed to making “good cops a good cops.”

“When you make good police officers a good police officer, that’s what happens. This administration is providing resources for the new FBI and AG Bondi to get the job done – we won’t stop.”

Patel did not provide any details about the latest arrest MS-13 Key Senior Leader Francisco Javier Roman-Bardales was detained in Mexico on Monday and will be extradited to the United States.

The FBI has provided a $250,000 reward for information about Bardales before being arrested for allegedly directing MS-13 activities in the United States, Mexico and El Salvador.

Patel says

“I can confirm now that last night, working with the Department of Justice and other inter-agency partners, the FBI extraditioned us “Ten most wanted” “From Mexico, we consider the main senior leader of MS-13, Francisco Javier Rome-Valderes,” Patel said in a statement.

Mexico extradited more than 29 drug cartel figures to the United States, including drug Lord Rafael Caro Quintero, whose arrest and handover took place weeks after the 1985 killing of DEA agents.
