Songer said he would not be intimidated by the threat of investigation or litigation because he believed the constitution was with him.

“I hope my sheriff will stand with the governor and the governor and tell them that these laws are unconstitutional and we won’t cooperate,” he said. “We just need to pay attention and follow the constitution and I think if we do that, we will have a better country.”
“Citizens are number one,” he concluded. “I pray, I absolutely pray that Tom Homan came to Washington, Blue State and Shelter because I really believe in Ferguson, Brown and his accomplices, elected politicians, who violated federal law.
