Ceasefire Between Israel Officials said that after Hamas refused repeated hostage transaction offers, Israeli fighter jets began to hit the Gaza Strip, which Hamas was over.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has begun strikes on Hamas terrorist targets across Gaza to achieve the war goals set by political leaders, including the release of hostages of all of us, including lives and the fallen people,” Israel’s Israel Katz’s office said in a letter.

The letter states: “This decision comes as Hamas repeatedly refused to release our hostages and rejected all suggestions from the U.S. President’s envoy Steve Vitokov and the mediator.”

Authorities say Israel will step up its military operations against Hamas advance.
